These are the rules of the April 15th through 30th 2025 Affiliate Contest for and by Dama Jue, LLC (“Company”). The purpose of the contest is to promote Company's services and products. The Contest is open to approved affiliates of Company.
Affiliate may promote Company’s programs however they see fit provided they do so within the parameters set by Company in this Agreement. Affiliate also agrees to promote the programs with integrity and to not make any misleading statements to induce sales or otherwise violate any laws within Affiliate’s jurisdiction.
Only approved affiliates may participate. An approved affiliate is a person or company who has entered into an affiliate agreement with Company, and who has received approval to participate in the contest by Company in signed writing.
The contest is exclusively governed by the following point system:

Dedicated Emails | 40 points | Affiliate must send 2 emails dedicated to solely promoting Company's offers. Each dedicated email must be sent to no less than 50% of Affiliate's email list. |
P.S. or 4×4 mentions | 5 points per mention for a maximum of 25 points | Each mention must be included in an email sent to at least 50% of Affiliate’s email list. |
TERMS EXPLAINED:
A “P.S.” is a mention at the footer of an email, which includes an obvious link to Company Services.
A 4×4 mention is a mention within the footer of an email, in the grid format as taught by Company.
No points are awarded for partial fulfillment of parameters.
No points are awarded for any actions other than the above specified.
Points are tracked using an internal Airtable system maintained by Dama Jue.
Prizes are awarded based on total points at the contest's end. All approved participants are eligible.

30 points | $30 credit (valid for 6 months) |
50 points | $50 credit (valid for 6 months) or any Thrivecart template (up to $177 value) |
100 points | $100 credit (valid for 6 months) and any course priced at $297 or under – also made eligible for Leaderboard prizes |
First, Second, and Third Place prize winners must earn at least 100 points to be eligible.
Prizes are awarded based on total points at the contest's end. The Affiliate with 100+ points and the highest total number of points will receive First Place, the Affiliate with 100+ points and the second-highest total number of points will receive Second Place, and the Affiliate with 100+ points and the third-highest total number of points will receive Third Place, provided all contest rules are followed.
The Wildcard Prize will be awarded randomly. All participants who qualify (have 15+ points, excluding First, Second, and Third Place winners) will have their names entered into a computer program that will select a winner at random. Additionally, all participants are eligible for one Milestone Prize based on total points earned.
If Affiliate by will or by negligence violates any Contest Rule, violates any law or regulation in the course of competition, then the Affiliate is disqualified from participation in the contest. If the violation is discovered after the conclusion of the contest, no prize will be awarded.
Affiliates in the lead to win prizes under these Terms will be contacted within 48 hours of the end of the contest. Company will verify Affiliate's point total, according to the Contest Rules. Within three (3) days of verification, Company will award winning Affiliates with their respective prizes.
The contest is a competition, and not all participants will receive a prize. Any prize awarded is in addition to any compensation which Affiliate is owed under any affiliate agreements between the parties.
Only leads who used Affiliate's unique tracking link to sign up for Company offers will count as referred leads.
Company reserves the right to verify any claimed actions (emails sent, list sizes, PS mentions).
Affiliates may be disqualified or have points removed for:
Company will maintain a leaderboard to assist participants in gauging their progress. The leaderboard display may be delayed due to Company verifying data, slow internet collection, or other reasons beyond Company's control. Affiliate understands the leaderboard should not be relied upon to inform affiliate's decisions, actions, or inactions.
All awarded credit will be issued May 1st and will be valid for 180 days (6 months). Awarded credit valid towards any of Dama’s offers, such as courses, templates, trainings, and 1:1 calls. Some exclusions may apply, such as the early bird price on brand new releases. No refunds or partial refunds for past purchases will be allowed. Awarded credit is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
Not cumulative—you’ll receive your highest qualifying tier as of May 1, 2025 @ 12:00am Eastern/NY.

This form must be filled out to get your bonus points! Send 2 solo emails to your email list (40 bonus points) and earn 5 bonus points per p.s./4×4 mention (maximum of 5). Form closes April 30, 2025 @ 11:59pm Eastern, no entries will be accepted after that point.
