Your Next 100 Group Program

Introduction

Hey there fellow small biz owner! By purchasing Your Next 100 (hereinafter the “Program”), the purchaser (hereinafter “Student”) enters an agreement with Dama Jue, LLC (“Company”) and agrees to the following terms:


Course Deliverables

The Program is a hybrid online course and group program combining self-paced course materials with live group instruction and ongoing support. The Program begins May 1, 2026. Company agrees to provide the content and services as promised on the Program checkout page, which for all students includes:

Course Materials & Access:

  • Access to Company’s entire course library of 50+ trainings, courses, templates, and systems from day one
  • Any new offers, courses, or systems Company creates while Student is enrolled are added to Student’s dashboard
  • Done-for-you personalized action plan (provided within 7 business days of completing onboarding form)
  • Bonus: Done-for-You ThriveCart Sales Page Design (for qualifying students) — Students who enroll within the first 48 hours of program launch or who choose the full-payment option receive a professionally designed ThriveCart sales page using one of Company’s ThriveCart templates, with customized colors, copy, photos, and branding applied by Company or Company’s team. This bonus is redeemable once per student and subject to the following terms:
    • Student must submit an intake form (via booking link) providing checkout link, ThriveCart account access, sales page copy (in Google Doc format), font/color choices, and brand/stock photos
    • Company will offer a booking window with limited weekly slots (May through July 2026, first come first served)
    • Payment-plan students must have completed at least 50% of their payment plan payments before the bonus can be redeemed
    • Student is responsible for writing and providing the sales page copy; Company will review and offer copy suggestions/edits during the program
    • Student’s ThriveCart account must have basic checkout setup before Company can import the template (Student may reference CartStart tutorial, included with program access, for setup guidance)
    • For ThriveCart accounts, Company will require either subuser access (requires ThriveCart Pro plan) or account login via password manager
    • For students using external checkout platforms (SamCart, etc.) with ThriveCart, Company will build the page in ThriveCart with buttons linking to the external checkout
    • For students without ThriveCart, Company will provide an AI-generated HTML sales page design; all subsequent edits must be made by Student in Claude or another platform
    • This bonus is a one-time service and does not include unlimited revisions; design is considered complete once delivered

Live Instruction:

  • Core curriculum taught live (May 6–7, 2026), covering the full Snackable Offer system

Ongoing Support & Community:

  • Monthly sales coaching (written feedback from Company based on Student’s actual numbers, offers, and progress celebrating wins and providing guidance based on Student’s metrics)
  • Snack Feedback: 3 async reviews per month from Company personally (covering copy, design, tech, automations, promo plans, and related strategy)
  • Twice monthly live Q&A strategy calls
  • Quarterly implementation sprints with actionable objectives, prizes, and visibility opportunities
  • Community access to connect with other members, ask questions, share wins, and receive accountability

Access Period:

Student will retain access to the Program curriculum, community, feedback services, and all features for one (1) full calendar year from the date of enrollment. After the one-year access period expires, Student will no longer have access to the course materials, portal, community, or support services. Company will provide Student with at least thirty (30) days’ notice should Company need to remove the program from our hosting website prior to the one-year mark. It is then Student’s responsibility to download all materials from the Program before the access end date or removal date noted by Company.

Student understands that this is a cohort-based program with defined support services during the active enrollment period. All support services (monthly coaching, async feedback, live calls, and community engagement) are available throughout the full one-year access period. Upon expiration of the one-year access period, Student’s access to the course materials, community, and all support services will automatically cease.


Privacy Policy

Company’s Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Student understands that Company will be providing educational content and community access to Student, and that Company’s obligations under this Agreement exist only while Student is a paying member of the Program and within the active cohort/access period. Company’s obligations will cease once Student or Company cancels Student’s membership or once the access period expires.

Student also understands that Company is not providing one-on-one coaching or service on behalf of Student.


Payment

In consideration of Student’s access to the Program, Student agrees to pay via one of the following payment options:

Option 1 – Full Payment:

One-time payment of $2,000 (USD) for full access to the Program.

Option 2 – Payment Plan (4 installments):

Four equal monthly installments of $550 (USD) each, beginning on the date of enrollment and continuing monthly thereafter. If Student chooses the installment option, Student hereby authorizes Company to charge Student’s credit card or debit card automatically each month as part of Student’s payment plan.

Option 3 – Payment Plan (6 installments):

Six equal monthly installments of $375 (USD) each, beginning on the date of enrollment and continuing monthly thereafter. If Student chooses the installment option, Student hereby authorizes Company to charge Student’s credit card or debit card automatically each month as part of Student’s payment plan.

Option 4 – Buy Now, Pay Later:

Student may use approved third-party payment processors (such as Klarna) to split payments according to that processor’s terms. Company will appear as the merchant, but the underlying payment terms are governed by the third-party provider’s agreement with Student.

Late Payments:

If Student is late on any payment installments, Student must suspend use of the Program content and community in accordance with the Cancellation section of this Agreement. Failure to remit payment in full will result in immediate suspension of access.


No Refunds

Company has a strict no-refund policy on the Program. Student understands and agrees that all payments are non-refundable once the Program begins, regardless of Student’s level of participation, satisfaction, or any other reason. This applies to both full-payment and installment-plan options.


Cancellation

Student Cancellation:

Student may not cancel their payment obligations for the Program and understands that they are responsible for paying for the Program in full upon registration, according to the payment plan selected.

Failure to Pay:

Should Student fail to make timely payment on the installment or payment-plan option, Company may immediately suspend Student’s access to the Program, community, and all support services, and pursue whatever remedies available under law to collect the balance owed.

Company Cancellation:

Company may cancel Student’s Program access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, disruptive behavior in the community, or other circumstances Company deems appropriate. Upon cancellation by Company, Student remains responsible for any outstanding payment balance.


Intellectual Property

Company owns the rights to all content in the Program such as texts in the forms of guides, books, explanations and the like, as well as videos, graphics, logos, images, downloads, templates, and other like materials (collectively referred to as “Content”). Student’s participation in the Program does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Content to Student.

Company grants Student a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program Content solely for Student’s personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Student agrees not to:

  • Create any derivative works of the Content
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Content
  • Use the Content to launch their own program, course, or business offering
  • Share, resell, or transfer access to the Program with any third party

License Revocation:

Student’s limited use license to the Content is immediately revoked if:

  • Student is late on any payments due under this Agreement
  • Student violates any term of this Agreement
  • Student’s membership is canceled or suspended

Upon revocation, Student must cease all use of the Content and delete any downloaded materials.


Force Majeure

Company shall not be liable or responsible to Student, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion, or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.


Independent Contractor

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Company agrees only to provide Student with access to the Program, which provides education, information, and community. The information contained in the Program, including any interactions with Company, its instructors, or community members, is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional advice (legal, financial, medical, business, or otherwise).


Severability

If any provision of this Agreement shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed eliminated from this Agreement, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


Limitation of Liability

Student agrees to absolve and do hereby absolves Company of any and all liability or loss Student may suffer or incur as a result of use of the Program and/or any information and resources contained in the Program, or as a result of Student’s participation in the community or bootcamp sessions.

Student agrees that Company shall not be liable to Student for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages for:

  • Use of or inability to use the Program
  • Access to or inability to access community resources
  • Interruption of bootcamp sessions or live events
  • Actions or inactions of other community members
  • Any other matter related to the Program

Warranty Disclaimer

Company makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics contained in the Program for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind.

Company and/or its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services, and related graphics, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Company also makes no warranties regarding success rates, revenue, business results, or any measurable outcome with regard to Student’s participation in the Program. Results depend entirely on Student’s own effort, skill, knowledge, and market conditions.


Assignment

Student may not assign this Agreement without express written consent of Company.


Modification

Company may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. All modifications shall be posted on Company’s website, and existing students will be notified of material changes via email at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use of the Program following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.


Indemnification

Student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of:

  • Student’s use of or inability to use the Program and related services
  • Student’s participation in the community or bootcamp sessions
  • Any user postings, comments, or content created by Student
  • Student’s violation of any terms of this Agreement
  • Student’s violation of any rights of a third party
  • Student’s violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations

Dispute Resolution

Student expressly waives any and all claims, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to the Program, except as required by law. To the extent Student attempts to assert any such claim, Student hereby expressly agrees to present such claim only in the small claims courts in Orange County, New York or a federal court located therein, and Student consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.


Earnings Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our Program and its potential.

However, we do not guarantee or imply that Student will earn any money using the techniques, strategies, and ideas provided in our Program.

All earning examples and results stated in our Program and/or on our website are not typical and are not to be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or expectation that Student will duplicate them or achieve the same results.

The Student’s level of success in attaining similar results is determined by several factors and variables such as:

  • Your level of experience, background, and education
  • Your financial condition and resources
  • Your level of effort, dedication, and follow-through
  • Your knowledge and skills
  • The nature of your product, service, or business model
  • The conditions of the marketplace
  • Situations and elements that are beyond your control

As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital, and there is no guarantee that Student will earn any money. Student assumes all risk related to investment and money based on Student’s own discretion and at their own potential expense.

Any claims made of actual earnings or examples of actual results can be verified upon request. However, no guarantees, expressed or implied, are made that Student will achieve the same success or attain the same results.
