YOUR COMPLIMENTARY
VACATION AWAITS

How This Works

Here are the rules, so there are zero surprises along the way.

1. 1

You’ve won a hotel stay. Any air travel or other vacation costs such as meals, excursions, etc. are not included and are solely your responsibility.

2. 2

You have 18 months to enjoy this incentive, so you do not need travel dates today to get started.

3. 3

Activate your hotel stay within 7 days of receiving your voucher. Once it’s activated, you’ll have 18 months to choose your dates and hotel.

4. 4

Check your email after activation for a link to manage your trip.

5. 5

Next step: simply login and select your preferred travel dates and view available hotels.

6. 6

Then simply choose a hotel and room type from the available, participating hotels. NOTE: You will be responsible for any city taxes or resort fees that may apply, based on your choice. These are generally, but not always, paid at the hotel at the start of your stay.

7. 7

For the best hotel and resort options and availability, search weekday travel with check-in from Sunday through Thursday. Some weekends may have small surcharges or limited availability.

8. 8

Certain holidays and special events may have limited or no availability. Keep in mind you have an 18-month period to select amazing hotel and resort options.

9. 9

Each vacation is designed as a couple’s getaway. The majority of available room types will be for up to 2 adults. Some destinations may not have room configurations available for children — adding children may reduce your hotel options or available date selections.

10. 10

Group travel is NOT allowed. Only one party among friends, family, acquaintances, or known groups can use the complimentary vacation incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates.

11. 11

You may not choose a destination or city that is within 50 miles of your home. This is a limitation imposed by the travel agency I have contracted with, Redeem Vacations, who will be fulfilling and managing your trip.
